TWO WAYS TO BEGIN

1. JumpStart Program - 1:1 LESSONS

We'll pair you with one of our expert instructors and schedule 3 one-on-one Pilates sessions and 1 Introduction to CoreAlign session,  that are all about you. Your first session will be an assessment, where we'll give you a postural evaluation and a body composition analysis. We'll also assess your abilities and discuss your needs, challenges, and goals. From there, we'll move you through each session, monitoring your progress to see which program works best for you. Included in your JumpStart Program is 3 one-on-one Pilates sessions and 1 Introduction to CoreAlign session.  

By the end of your 4th session, we'll have a better idea about which of our programs is the best fit for your needs and how best to continue. Personalized attention is the common thread running through all our programs. So, whether you move into a small group class or continue with one-on-one sessions, you'll find the same personal care and attention in whichever program you choose.

2. BEGINNER PILATES GROUP CLASSES

In just 5 sessions, you’ll notice that you are moving easier and faster. You’ll be walking taller and already feel younger, stronger and more confident. You will have experienced the Pilates method using all of the specialized equipment and feel the amazing benefits on your body.

 


Our Beginner Pilates and CoreAlign classes is where you begin. Once your class pass is set up, you can schedule your classes online and choose your pace.  Classes are offered at different times and days throughout the week.  Simply book in online and come on in!

Level 2 Pilates - a fusion of Reformer, Tower and Chair work to challenge an individual, this is for when you want to increase spring load and work on increasing strength.

 

Level 3 Pilates - classical Pilates for individuals wanting to go deeper into their practice and explore the intermediate and advanced repetoire.

 

Power Pilates - This is an athletic workout on the Reformer, Tower and Chair that will make you sweat, be ready to jump!
