It happens to the best of us. We take a break from exercise because we get busy with work, preoccupied with family obligations, suffer an injury, or for countless other reasons. Not surprisingly, exercise is one of the easiest things to put off when life gets hectic. What starts as a brief hiatus can often turn into weeks, months, and even years with no exercise. The bad news is the longer you go without prioritizing your fitness, the harder it is to get back into the swing of things. The good news is that our muscles have memory and will snap back into shape if only you let them. 


Restarting your fitness, while sometimes difficult, is still easier than starting from scratch, and with a little guidance and effort, you can get back into shape quicker than you think. You've got to take that first step, though, and we can help you do it. Whether you're new to Pilates or a lapsed but seasoned pro, our committed team of instructors will get you back on track by helping you find the program that best fits your needs, abilities, and long-term goals. If you're new to Pilates, now is the perfect time to try it; or if you're familiar with Pilates but new to our studio, come check us out, and we’ll give you a tour of our facilities and answer any questions you may have.

JUMPSTART PROGRAM

We'll pair you with one of our expert instructors and schedule 3 one-on-one Pilates sessions and 1 Introduction to CoreAlign session, that are all about you. Your first session will be an assessment, where we'll gauge your abilities and discuss your challenges and goals. From there, we'll move you through each session, carefully monitoring your progress and finding what works best for your needs.


By the end of your 4th session, you'll know if Pilates is right for you. If you decide it's a good fit, we'll advise you on how best to continue your journey to fitness. Personalized attention is the common thread running through all our programs. So, whether you move into a small group class or continue with our one-on-one sessions, you'll find the same individual care and attention in whichever program you choose. 

 

INTRODUCTION TO PILATES GROUP CLASSES

Begin with 5 classes and book your Beginner Pilates class online.  After several classes check with your instructor on the next best classes for you to experience.  Ideal for moderately active adults with no significant injuries.
