JUMPSTART PROGRAM

We'll pair you with one of our expert instructors and schedule 3 one-on-one Pilates sessions and 1 Introduction to CoreAlign session, that are all about you. Your first session will be an assessment, where we'll gauge your abilities and discuss your challenges and goals. From there, we'll move you through each session, carefully monitoring your progress and finding what works best for your needs.


By the end of your 4th session, you'll know if Pilates is right for you. If you decide it's a good fit, we'll advise you on how best to continue your journey to fitness. Personalized attention is the common thread running through all our programs. So, whether you move into a small group class or continue with our one-on-one sessions, you'll find the same individual care and attention in whichever program you choose. 

 

INTRODUCTION TO PILATES GROUP CLASSES

Begin with 5 classes and book your Beginner Pilates class online.  The Beginner class will introduce you to the Pilates Foundational Principles and equipment use.  At the end of your first class, check with your instructor on the next best classes for you to experience.
