Balance Gym Week #1 Home Practice

Welcome to Balance Gym!  

The video's below are to serve as a guide to your DAILY home practice.  Once you've learned them (by practicing :) ), you can do most of them anywhere.  Get into your car,  and do the visual drill while you wait for your car to warm up.  

Breathing exercise - do in line at the grocery store. Tongue to roof of mouth, breathe in a reset posture.  Take 10 relaxed breaths.

These drills can be done all together or separately, but the key is to do them each day.  This is where the magic happens... in your daily practice.

1. Balance Assessment - do mid-week.

2. Balance Reset - do at the start of each practice session.

3. Far Gaze Stabilization

4. Breathing Exercise

5. Chin Nods

6. Gait
