Somatic movement prepares you to move better and be more present to yourself and your life.  You’ll learn slow, gentle, relaxing self-care movements that are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. These exercises help to relieve pain and tension, improve posture, increase range of motion, prevent injuries, and warm up and cool down from workouts.

Somatic exercises involves performing movements for the sake of movement. Throughout the exercise, you focus on your inner experience as you move and expand your internal awareness. 

The best thing about somatic movement is that you can easily practice it in daily life on your own.

As a Somatic practitioner, Anastasiia is a facilitator to the embodiment practice. Somatics main focus is to "wake up" your own body to the fullest of your ability or desire. Because once you are aware of what you are doing you can look at other options.
