Pilates for Golfers

For golfers looking to stay healthy on the greens, Pilates is the ideal golfing partner. 

While the golf-pro may help correct swings and take strokes off a player’s game, the Pilates specialist can improve a golfer’s performance, stamina and stability. These changes can help clients drive the ball farther and avoid the sand-trap of fatigue and injury.

Strong core muscles are key for a strong golf swing and strong game.

TWC Pilates for Golf program is a 4 week program that will develop a solid fitness platform essential for a great swing and great game:

·      elongate and align your spine for better stability

·      strengthen your abdominal

Our Pilates for Golf program teaches movement patterns specific to golf.  Using TPI’s Golf Screen Assessment, your specific needs will be addressed to reduce pain and improve your game!
