Staying on your feet, having confidence to navigate through life and having good balance is important for living the life you desire.
Alas, we must practice it. That means doing activities that challenge your balance, agility, and your ability to get up and walk, turn corners and move into different positions.
If you do Pilates, you are familiar with this notion. We have you practice, in a safe environment, moving your body into different positions that relate to living and caring for your home, garden and getting out and being active.
