Rolling Patterns

Primal Movements are movements that bring our body back to the way we are designed to move.  When we move this way, miraculously, pain melts away, our body strengthens, and we move with more grace and ease.

 

Do this daily for 1 week and notice how great you feel all over. 

 

Once you know the exercise,  you can drop and do it and the cool part is it is done in a couple of minutes.  Fitness and health can be improved with little time and effort.  It is the daily habit that makes the difference.
